Appointment Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required to secure your appointment, and 24 hours notice is mandatory for cancellation. Emergencies will be evaluated individually. Failure to notify or no-shows will incur a 70% charge. Last minute rescheduling followed by cancellation will also incur a 70% charge. Saturday and Sunday appointments cancellation require a 100% charge!


Please be advise that when scheduling an appointment online with your credit card, no charges will be made. Payment will be collected during your appointment.
